NINJA CUBS
Duration: 45 Minutes
Description:
Students must be in Pre-K to attend this class.
This class covers all the basics that you will need to safely enjoy our obstacle arenas.
Coaches will begin each class with a warm up, to fully prepare you for trying out a variety of ninja obstacles. We will focus on balance, coordination, strength, and flexibility. Coaches will create fun courses each time and will always spot you as you attempt all the obstacles provided in the class. We will end with a quick cool down stretching session.
NINJA BEAR
Duration: 45 Minutes
Description:
Students must be in Kindergarten to attend this class.
This class covers all the basics that you will need to safely enjoy our obstacle arenas.
Coaches will begin each class with a warm up, to fully prepare you for trying out a variety of ninja obstacles. Examples of obstacles that could be included in the class are the angled steps, ring toss, devil steps, or salmon ladder. All introductory classes will end with a trip to our famed warped walls, with 3 possible heights to attempt.
Coaches will demo all obstacles for you and spot you as you attempt all the obstacles provided in the class.
The class ends with a quick cool down stretching session.
JUNIOR NINJAS
Duration: 60 Minutes
Description:
Students must be between the ages of 7 and 10 to attend this class.
This class covers all the basics that you will need to safely enjoy our obstacle arenas.
Coaches will begin each class with a warm up, to fully prepare you for trying out a variety of ninja obstacles. Examples of obstacles that could be included in the class are the angled steps, ring toss, devil steps, or salmon ladder. All classes will end with a trip to our famed warped walls, with 3 possible heights to attempt.

PRE-TEEN/TEEN NINJAS
Duration: 60 Minutes
Description:
Students must be between the ages of 11 and up (4th Grade +) to attend this class.
This class covers all the basics that you will need to safely enjoy our obstacle arenas.
Coaches will begin each class with a warm up, to fully prepare you for trying out a variety of ninja obstacles. Examples of obstacles that could be included in the class are the angled steps, warped wall, devil steps, or salmon ladder. Each week a new course will be set up focusing on different ways to complete individual obstacles, which are part of a larger course. At the end of the hour all students will have a chance to run the course for time. The class ends with a quick cool down stretching session.

OPEN GYM
Gather together a group of friends and come join us for some fun on our obstacle course. Participants will have the opportunity to try all of the obstacles. Though minors MUST ALWAYS be supervised by a parent or guardian, rest assured that there will be plenty of staff available to interact with participants and show them how to have fun safely and courteously on our course.

Vacation Camps
Our camp is a long more in depth version of our 60 minute classes. This camp covers all the basics that you will need to safely enjoy our obstacle arena. Coaches will lead the class on a warm up, to fully prepare you for trying out a variety of ninja obstacles. Examples of obstacles that could be included in the class are the spider jump, quad steps, rings, rope swings and our warped wall. Once coaches have worked with the camp on specific obstacles, all students will have a chance to run the entire course for time. Lunch will be provided.
