Michael Levenson

Michael has more than 20 years of experience in personal training, massage therapy, yoga, and pilates as well as dozens of related certifications. More than this, however, he has a clear, intense and deep down belief that everyone is able to improve their own well-being through exercise, massage and related disciplines. He also believes in working with people from “the inside out”, helping his clients understand and appreciate the holistic impact of wellness.
The first thing you will notice about Michael is not his extensive knowledge and competence – which you will see soon enough, but rather his intensity and the seriousness with which he approaches his chosen profession. He is at the top of his game when pulling together everything he knows to benefit his clients. He continually changes up his training regimens to keep his clients engaged, interested and noticing results, and he builds into the routines movements that facilitate postural alignment and reduce stress on the body’s musculoskeletal system. Working in this way offers individuals much needed relief from the rote activities of daily life and often “de-stresses” people in other ways.
Michael has provided one-on-one personal training, group training, massage therapy and other exercise and wellness related services to a variety of individual clients – those with basic aches and pains, those with a pervasive medical condition, the elderly and infirm, those with a need to improve their diet and physique, and those seeking a healthier lifestyle. He has provided his own training regimens and implemented those of others with whom he has worked.

Justin Conway

Justin Conway is a three time American Ninja Warrior competitor and Level Two Certified Parkour Instructor that was featured with his son Jude on the Season Five, Baltimore Finals episode of American Ninja Warrior.

When I was training for my first season in American Ninja Warrior, ninja gyms were not local to Long Island, so I would make obstacles out of my everyday environment - playgrounds, parks, unique building designs... anything I could make an obstacle out of became my Ninja training ground.

Seeing the need for American Ninja Warrior obstacle training, I went to work building obstacles and partnered with a gym to put together an obstacle course training event. In April of 2014 with the help of Babylon resident T.J. Allcot (The Ninjaneer) and Ninjas from the show, I started New York Ninja - a Ninja Warrior training and competition event that has been running strong for two full years now. New York Ninja has had competitors from all over the country including Geoff Britten (the first person to beat all for stages), Joe Moravsky (The Weatherman), Jaime Rahn (Captain NBC), Mike Bernardo, Chris and Brian Wilkzewski, Luis Moco, Noel Reyes, and countless others.
